1. About Sassy Creations
Sassy Creations is a South African business specialising in handcrafted furniture, home décor, woodworking products and related creative products and services.
Our products are designed and manufactured with care. Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, grain, texture, dimensions and finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not necessarily defects.
2. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
- Natural wood products may differ in grain, knots, colour and texture.
- Handmade products may have minor variations from photographs or previous products.
- Product dimensions may have minor manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability.
3. Orders
An order placed through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Sassy Creations.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- we are unable to fulfil the order;
- payment cannot be verified; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Handmade and Custom Products
Some Sassy Creations products are handmade or made to order. Where a product is made according to a customer’s specific measurements, specifications, engraving, colour selection, design or other personalised requirements, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied to us is correct.
Custom or personalised products may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Sassy Creations may change product prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, written content and other material displayed on the Sassy Creations website are owned by or licensed to Sassy Creations.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our written permission.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use our website:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- to submit fraudulent orders or payment information; or

Our website may use third-party service providers for payment processing, website hosting, delivery and other services. Payment information may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. Sassy Creations does not intentionally store complete payment card details.

To the extent permitted by South African law, Sassy Creations will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party delivery companies, natural disasters, strikes, power interruptions, internet or system failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights that consumers have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where applicable.
